Inisa-isa ni Rica Peralejo ang buong detalye nang kinasasangkutan niyang isyu ngayon tungkol sa pagpapapiktyur sa kanya ng ilang nurse sa St. Luke’s Global hospital.
Nalokah kasi si Rica dahil na-blown-out-of-proportion na ang pagpo-post niya sa social media sa pagka-disgusto niya sa pagpapapiktyur sa kanya while in pain.
Kaya inisa-isa ni Rica ang mga punto niya. Una sa mga nurse ng hospital, sabi niya sa kanyang blog, “I don’t hate nurses and never expressed that.
The media and some narrow-minded followers did that, not me. I have always meant to get at the leaders of the establishment, not you.”
Nanawagan din siya sa mga nagba-bash sa mga nurse na huwag gawin ‘to, “Please check the original post and not rely merely on media’s sensationalizing and faulty headlines.
We are all victims of click-baits! Let’s not fall for this. Let’s be smarter. And of all the outcomes I feel the saddest about this — ako na lang i-bash niyo.”
Nanawagan din si Rica sa mga taga-media, aniya “Please, make accurate headlines.” Nag-react din siya sa mga nang-aaway sa kanya sa social media, “You say I shouldn’t have posted my rant when there you are posting your rant against me.
So paano na? Kayo nalang pwede? Hahaha!” At sa huli, nabanggit ni Rica ang tungkol sa pagdi-disown sa kanya ng grandparents niya dahil sa paggawa niya ng bold movies years ago.
“Naturally they would. After all, I carry their last name in those TRASHY films. Even if they did not do any of those things, their name is imprinted boldly on every filth of a film.
I pray it is a lesson for all of us to also consider whose name do we dirty when we do things? That group of people who took photos of me live free of hassle today while St. Luke’s and nurses are getting all fired up.”
