Jiro Manio (1992 - )

Jiro Manio (born Jirō Katakura (片倉次郎 Katakura Jirō?, 9 May 1992) is a former Filipino actor. He started acting at the age of seven in the film Pamana in 1999.

Manio was born to a Japanese father Yusuke Katakura (片倉 裕介?) and Filipina mother Joylene Santos (died August 2007). He was raised by his grandfather and had a younger brother named Anjo Santos.

Manio attended grade school at Holy Child Parochial School in San Juan (now Saint John the Baptist Catholic School) and graduated from high school in 2012 through the DepEd’s home study program at Rizal Experimental Station and Pilot School of Cottage Industries (RESPCI) in Pasig. He planned to study HRM in culinary studies at the De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde.

He starred in the digital film Tambolista (Drumbeat) under Cinema One, and in Ang Tanging Ina Niyong Lahat with Ai-Ai de las Alas. In 2004, he won the Best Actor and Gaward Urian plus Best Child Actor at FAMAS for the movie Magnifico.

He was a member of ABS-CBN's elite circle of homegrown talents named Star Magic from 1999 until June 2009, when the network terminated him for unprofessional behavior.

In 2010, he transferred to GMA 7 and appeared on that network's show Pilyang Kerubin, top billed by Barbie Forteza.

Manio later became a drug addict and fathered two daughters named Sisha Calliope and Mishka Caxiopeia out of wedlock with his longtime partner.

On May 18, 2011, the news programme TV Patrol confirmed that Manio underwent rehabilitation treatment for drug addiction. He then entered a drug rehabilitation facility after realizing that he was throwing his life away. With the encouragement of his father, Andrew, and his manager, Magnifico director Maryo J. delos Reyes, he committed himself to the Home Care rehabilitation center, where he underwent therapy for almost a year. After the initial phase of his rehabilitation, Home Care allowed him to finish his senior year of high school.

On June 30, 2015, Manio was spotted wandering around Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3. Manio, who was scavenging for food and living off the kindness of airport staff, had apparently run away and gone missing from his Cainta home four days before, following a supposed altercation with relatives.

On July 1, 2015, four days after wandering around NAIA, he was finally brought home by his half brother, Anjo Santos, after Jiro's relative saw his picture that spreads in different social networking sites.

Comedian Ai-Ai delas Alas and other artists offered their help to get Jiro's life back on the right track, but he refused.

When he was asked by reporters if he's still open for new projects in the near future, Jiro refuses to continue his work as an actor.

On January 2016, Manio released from an rehabilition center after months of treatment but returned to rehab on February due to his health condition.

Real Name: Tanya Katherine Rosales Lyttle
Birthday : August 5, 1981
Zodiac Sign : Leo
Height / Weight : 5'2" / 100 lbs
School : Dominican College
Brothers / Sisters : Trisha, Denise, Speedy

Tanya Katherine Rosales Lyttle-Lapid, more popularly known by her screen name Tanya Garcia (born August 5, 1981), is a Filipina telenovela and film actress. She became a household name after playing Cecilia in one of the longest running soap operas of GMA Network, Sana Ay Ikaw Na Nga, opposite Dingdong Dantes.

Her showbiz career started when she was introduced as one of the teen stars of Star Circle Batch 5 on ABS-CBN. She appeared in youth-oriented shows like Gimik (where she was first paired with Patrick Garcia) and played supporting role in Esperanza as Judy Ann Santos’ sister.

She took a break from her showbiz career for a while and concentrated on her studies. She took up mass communication at Dominican College in San Juan  when she was signed by Viva Films and later on appeared in the Viva Television afternoon drama Anna Karenina as Grace opposite Dingdong Dantes. She also had a cameo role in the TV Drama Ikaw Lang Ang Mamahalin.

Her rise to fame started when she played the role of Cecilia in the drama telebabad show Sana Ay Ikaw Na Nga with Dingdong Dantes, Bobby Andrews and Angelu de Leon. On the later part of the soap, she also played the role of Olga, the antagonist of Cecilia, which was played again by Maricar de Mesa. After her stint at that show, she was reunited with onscreen partner Dingdong Dantes at the light dramedy Twin Hearts as Althea, a heart operation survivor who fell in love with the ex-boyfriend of the heart donor. She was also paired with Dennis Trillo.

She did a religious-theme show in QTV called Noel where she was paired with James Blanco and Paolo Contis. She was then later on paired with Ogie Alcasid in the family-oriented TV show Ay Robot! again with QTV. She also appeared in Agos, the third season of Now and Forever, in which she played Sophia, a young liberated lawyer who eventually falls in love with her brother (played by Dennis Trillo). She also had a cameo role in the show Makita Ka Lang Muli as the young Celia Rodriguez. She is considered as one of the sexiest Pinay in the Philippine Showbiz scene. She first appeared in the March 2006 issue of FHM Philippines.

Tanya Garcia also starred in numerous movies. She played the role of a possessed man’s wife in Kulimlim with Robin Padilla as her leading man in 2004. Some of her movie credits include Shake, Rattle and Roll 2k5, Filipinas and Batas Militar.

After her long hiatus on the telebabad run, she’s back as the wicked stepmother Aloya in the new GMA Fantasy show Super Twins topbilled by Jennylyn Mercado, Nadine Samonte and former loveteam Dennis Trillo.

After four years of hiatus due to Tanya's pregnancy (twice), she inked a two-year contract with Viva Management for TV and movie projects last June 6, 2011. She plays the role of Lilian Avelino-Fuentebella in the remake of Ikaw Lang ang Mamahalin.

In 2015 she moved back to her home network ABS-CBN. She had a guest stint on the longest running drama anthology of the network Maalaala Mo Kaya with Yves Flores as a 30 and 15 year old lovers. She is currently on the hit teleserye Ningning as Mak-Mak's mother Alicia.

She has a daughter named Mischa Amidala and Matilda with former Pampanga Governor Mark Lapid. She is presently residing at Poblacion, Porac,Pampanga. She is also the daughter-in-law of former Pampanga Governor and now Senator Lito Lapid

Aiza Seguerra

Aiza Seguerra first dazzled the viewing public as a cute four-year-old contestant of Eat Bulaga!'s Little Miss Philippines. Her natural charm also worked on Tito Sotto, Vic Sotto , and Joey de Leon , such that she became part of the long-running show from 1987 to 1997. And that was the beginning of her long career as a child star
Born on September 17, 1983, Aiza has appeared in more than 30 movies and TV shows to date. As a child star, she often got the cute roles and was selected as Vic Sotto ’s daughter in countless movies. She was Enteng Kabisote’s charming daughter (part human, part fairy) in her first TV series Okay Ka, Fairy Ko! She portrayed the role of Aiza Kabisote from 1987 to 1996.

By the age of 10, Aiza has already appeared in 16 movies, five of which she made in the span of a year when she was only five years old. Her movie credits include Hulihin: Probinsiyanong Mandurukot, Aswang, Daddy Goon, Dobol Dribol, Okey Ka, Fairy Ko! The Movie, Goosebuster, I Have 3 Eggs, Papa's Girl, Twist: Ako Si Ikaw, Ikaw Si Ako, Aso't Pusa, Me and Ninja Liit, Butchiki, Good Morning Titser, Petrang Kabayo at Ang Pilyang Kuting, Super Inday and the Golden Bibe, and Wake Up, Little Susie. These movies gave her the chance to work with such excellent actors as Roderick Paulate, Maricel Soriano, and the late Charito Solis. In 1993, Aiza received a FAMAS Best Child Performer award for the movie Okey Ka, Fairy Ko 2. The movie, which started as a TV series, has spawned the Enteng Kabisote movies.
Aiza continues to play the role of Vic Sotto’s daughter in those movies, the latest of which was released in 2007. As with most child stars, Aiza struggled to continue her success in her teenage years. She only appeared in six movies for Regal Films, mostly in horror flicks like Shake, Rattle & Roll IV, Bahay ni Lola and Singsing ni Lola. She had a supporting role in a GMA Network TV series entitled Hanggang Kailan in 2004.
Aiza reinvented herself in her twenties by showing her talent in music. She sings and plays the guitar. She recorded her first album under Alpha Records in 2001. Her single, "Pagdating ng Panahon," became a major hit that year and enabled her to start a new career. The song was so popular that a movie with the same title was made. The movie starred Sharon Cuneta and Robin Padilla. Her second album, Para Lang Sayo , was released in 2007 under Star Records. A song in that album entitled "Akala Mo" was featured in the 2007 ABS-CBN TV drama Ysabella, top-billed by Judy Ann Santos. Aiza also played the role of Alex Mendoza, Ysabella’s best friend. Aiza has released her third album entitled Open Arms in Singapore. It was produced by S2S Productions of Singapore and Star Records. The 10-track album features Aiza’s versions of old hits like "Time After Time," "Somewhere Over the Rainbow," "Vincent," "Home," and "Longer." The album will also be launched in Indonesia, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Philippines, and Japan.
Aiza has finally erased the public’s image of her child star days and replaced it with a better picture of a well-rounded performing artist. Aiza was quite lucky in game shows. She won about Php 2,080,000 in The Singing Bee, a game show in ABS-CBN hosted by Cesar Montano
